Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact us. Requests received later than 9 months prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of service for the next service period.
Refund Policy
In case any member is not completely satisfied with our services they can request a refund. The refund will be provided after a thorough investigation of the matter subject to an approval from the membership committee. The refunds will be issued to the same Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallet provided at the time of purchase and will be processed within 7 to 10 Business Days.
