Mr. Manish Jain brings a rich experience of more than 20 years of post qualification experience in Corporate Finance, Fundraising from VC/PE, IPO, Merger & Acquisitions, Debt Funding, Investor Relations, Finance & Accounts, Corporate Governance, Company Law Matters and Statutory Compliances.
Through the course of his career, Mr. Jain has worked for start-ups, SMEs as well as large corporate organisations across various industries like Media, Internet, Reverse Logistics and Manufacturing.
Mr. Jain is now running his own corporate advisory practice to primarily focus on fund raising and M&A. He also acts as a financial advisor/outsourced CFO to companies, enabling them to reach new pinnacles and getting them ready to attract VC/PE funding.
Mr. Jain is a commerce graduate and a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (CS) and The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWA).
